Is Kindly Days aligned with the EYFS?
Yes — every activity is tagged to the seven areas of learning and written to support play-led practice in England. Kindly Days supports your professional judgement; it never replaces it.
Who is it for?
Nurseries, preschools, childminders and Reception practitioners in England. There’s a dedicated mixed-age mode for childminders.
Do I need to enter children’s data?
No. You can plan entirely without child records. If you use observations, first names are enough — everything follows a minimum-necessary-data approach, and observations stay private by default.
Does it work on my phone and tablet?
Yes — Kindly Days runs beautifully in any browser on phones, tablets and computers. Apps for iOS and Android are on the way.
Can my whole team use it?
Of course — the whole-setting licence covers your setting with unlimited practitioners and shared weekly plans, and can be paid by invoice. Live team workspaces are rolling out with Kindly Days Teams.
How does the free week work?
The annual plans and the whole-setting licence start with 7 days free. Nothing is charged during the trial, and if you cancel within those days you pay nothing at all. The rolling monthly plan starts straight away without a trial.
How do I cancel?
Anytime, in a couple of clicks in your account — no phone calls, no hard feelings. Your access stays until the end of the period you’ve paid for. The one exception is the annual plan paid monthly: it runs for its 12 monthly payments, then becomes cancellable at any time.
